I’m an architect with over 20 years of experience, and by my mid-thirties, I was shortlisted as Architect of the Year by Women in Construction UK. Many of the buildings I designed went on to win awards.
From there, I transitioned into construction leadership roles. In my last position, I led and embedded a new Technical Team overseeing a £1 billion construction programme. That team grew to become one of the most diverse and successful in the organisation, doubling in size and driving positive, lasting changes in delivery processes.
But despite this upward trajectory, my work consumed me. My anxiety grew year by year until I was forced to pause, to face myself, my fears, and the parts of me I had long ignored. Through steady, deep work on my childhood and adult traumas, I began to rebuild myself, brick by brick, and lay a stronger foundation for the next chapter of my life.
My passion for holistic wellness emerged during this time. I began my Reiki training in 2019, eventually becoming a Reiki Master, and then expanded my studies to become a Shamanic Practitioner. Today, I work with people to help them release blocks, step into their power, and move forward in a positive, grounded way.
I also share my insights through my You and You podcast, where I explore self-compassion, creativity, and conscious living with guests from around the world, bringing practical tools and inspiration to listeners who want to create positive change in their personal and professional lives.
